At the Women’s Individual European Championship, play resumed this morning at the Frankfurt Golf Club with the second round, which had been interrupted yesterday. Anete Liis Adul (Estonian Golf & Country Club) had three holes remaining from yesterday. Her total score of +7 (75, 78) was not enough to make the cut this time, falling short by four strokes. The tournament winner will be decided tomorrow, Saturday, after the fourth round. Results

Comment from the Estonian player after her round:
“I played better than last year. I struck the ball well, especially with the longer irons, which were needed a lot here. My putting was good, and I saved many shots. There were a few slightly poor tee shots that led to some bigger numbers, but overall, I can be reasonably satisfied. With a bit less bad luck, I could have made the cut this year. Still, it’s a good momentum to carry into Bulgaria.”
