Captain Mattias Varjun’s comment: “I am satisfied with today. It was a difficult game again, we quickly lost four tracks in a row at the beginning, but we were still only one hole down by the end of the first half. We made a lot of good shots, made fewer mistakes and managed to win with a birdie on the extra hole. After yesterday’s loss, today’s victory looked especially good. The basis of the success was definitely par-5 played well, where we made birdies on four out of the five holes. ”
Mattias continued: “The whole tournament was also more of a success. It was nice to play a high-level international competition for a long time. In the stroke play game, we were close to reaching the top eight, there was a bit of a lack in everyone’s performance, and at this level the differences are small. On the match play side, the whole team is to be congratulated for being able to sum up and make a small error correction with a sweet win on the last day. Ken-Marten did very well when he won both singles in the men’s team for the first time. ”

Ken-Marten Soo’s comment: “I was very satisfied with today’s game. There were no big mistakes and I gave myself good opportunities to make birdes all the time. In fact, the game was pretty even today, because we both played well. He played +1 and I -2, which is not bad at all in today’s weather. I gave my all today because I knew it was going to be a difficult day. The victory against the Czech Republic today was very sweet, as a team we did well. In general, I was satisfied with the competition, the end result could have been better, but there was nothing very bad. I was able to play good golf every day. ”

Comment by Kevin Christopher Jegers: “I was not satisfied with the game, I hoped to do a little better after the stroke, but I couldn’t. I am disappointed in this respect, but at least we got a victory letter from the team on the last day and I am happy about that. Competing here in Division A, I realized that all teams are winning, we had a lot of opportunities, we just couldn’t take advantage of them. ”

Carl Hellat’s comment: “I was rather satisfied today, I hit the ball okay, the close game was also good, I left a few important puts unrealized if I wanted to finish earlier. but all in all, I was satisfied with everything today. ”

Mark Suursalu’s comment about the team’s players:
“Ken-Marten played well all day. He was able to put the ball on the ball and avoid making big mistakes. He played well in the track game and was in control. ”
“Kevin’s tournament failed. Didn’t find the right shot. Weak performance about him just in terms of hitting the ball. At first I thought the square might be best for him. Too many mistakes with the kick-off, the putting was not commendable either. ”
“Mattias did a good job considering the tournament, he still heals the injury. His long shot was not normal, but he still managed to make his own. He always fights to the end, and he saw it last year in Poland. ”
“In Carl’s case, a couple of mistakes in the stroke play remain, which violated the opportunity to play under a pair of rounds. The Par-5 tracks played well. The shot was a bit volatile, but luckily the close game worked. ”
