At the Estonian Amateur Open, which continues in Niitv\u00e4lja Golf, two home club players became the leaders in the men’s class after the second day. Kevin Christopher Jegers took the lead with +10 (78, 76) and Carl Hellat holds the second place with +12 (77, 79). The third in the final round starting tomorrow at 10:20 is Ken-Marten Soo (EGCC), whose two-day score is +14 (79, 79). Yesterday’s big surprise Kristo Tullus (Rae Golf Club) was fourth, but his result was +14 (74, 84). Fifth is his club partner Richard Teder +16 (81, 79). The sixth place is shared by Markus Varjun (Niitv\u00e4lja Golf Club), Armands Trip\u0101ns (Ozo Golf Club) and Gediminas Markevi\u010dius (European Center Golf Club), all with +17. Ralf Johan Kivi (Rae Golf Club), who played the second best result today (77), and Sten Erik Soo (EGCC), who both score +18, will finish the top ten. Results<\/a><\/p>\n

In the women’s class, Lithuanian Gil\u0117 Bit\u0117 Starkut\u0117 continues to rule, playing par on both days (72, 72). The closest chaser is still Karola Soe (Saaremaa G&CC), who has +7 (75, 76) and Latvian Katr\u012bna Jana Gustafssone came in third with a result of +9 (78, 75). The top three is followed by Anete Liis Adul (EGCC), who is behind with 5 strokes, +14 (78, 80). Results<\/a><\/p>\n
