The three-day weekend of the Estonian Match Play Open at White Beach Golf ended today. In the Open format of the main classes, Richard Teder (Estonian Golf & Country Club) was the winner and the title was defended by Hannah \u00d5unap (Valgeranna Golfiklubi). For Teder it was the first individual gold medal in the adult class.<\/p>\n

In the men’s class, Teder secured the top spot with a 4&2 victory over title challenger Mattias Varjun (Niitv\u00e4lja Golfiklubi) in the final. The bronze medal this time went to Ralf Johan Kivi (Niitv\u00e4lja Golfiklubi), who beat clubmate Carl Hellat 2&1. Results<\/a><\/p>\n

In the women’s class, Hannah \u00d5unap defended her title, defeating Anete Liis Adul (Estonian Golf & Country Club). The winning numbers this time were 3&2. Two young players from Rae Golf Club fought for the bronze medals. Meribel Malva took the win in the first extra round, beating Iiris M\u00e4tas to the medal. Results<\/a><\/p>\n
