Winter break for general play rounds on Estonian courses

As decided by the RHCR Committee, Estonian courses will again this year be on winter break for general play rounds from 01.11-31.03. However, general play rounds are allowed if you are playing somewhere warm, and especially if you are competing somewhere warm it is compulsory to enter your rounds into GolfBox with the help of your home club.
